I have claimed for over 15 years that China morphed into a Technocracy starting in 1978. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the first person to impregnate China with the seeds of Technocracy, and I have repeatedly noted the exporting of Technocracy to its client states. For China, it is empire-building. With America's AI Action Plan, Trump is also building empire, matching China step-by-step to export AI/Crypto/surveillance to the rest of the world.
