When Universal Basic Income is adopted in the future, only the "tagged and bagged" will be on the list; all others can eat sawdust. Wearables: Smartphones, fitness trackers, Smartwatches, hearing aids, Apple Air Tags, Ring products, etc., all use Bluetooth LE (low energy) to form an independent "mesh network" that is not based on the Internet. All these devices can receive, send, and forward data packets and instructions to other devices. Almost all IoT devices will be equipped with BLE. Thus, the INFRASTRUCTURE is complete, just waiting to sink its teeth into humanity everywhere.

Score one for Technocracy. The House of Representatives had a chance to stop warrantless surveillance of American citizens. It failed, in spite of the Fourth Amendment and in the face of 75 percent of Americans who say the Feds should always get a warrant before conducting a search. The tie-breaking vote was cast by the Speaker of the House, a Republican.

Did your home insurance rates suddenly take an unexplained hit? Did you get dropped by your carrier without explanation? Chances are that your property (and everything about it) is being spied on from space and analyzed by risk-assessing AI—then you just get the pink slip, only to find that there is no recourse, that all decisions are final. Worse, your property is put on a blacklist to alert other insurance companies to stay away from you.

As a Technocrat, Elon Musk has no moral or ethical problem with helping the military and intelligence agencies turn the entire planet into a panopticon where moving objects (even people) can be tracked in real-time, even through smoke, dust, cloud cover, and at night. Musk also has Asperger's syndrome, which is classed within the Autism spectrum. He has repeatedly said over the years that he "wants to save humanity" as if it is a fixation for him. Beware.

Why would Bill Gates want to fund a company that builds a new class of satellites that can take high-resolution photos from space? Well, Technocrats of a feather, like birds, flock together. Their goal is to gain control over the environment, the physical world, and all of humanity. Albedo Space is cleared to use a 10-centimeter resolution, but they are looking for a higher resolution.

The next step for universal facial recognition will be hotels, Bus and train stations, rental cars, and entertainment venues, then commercial uses like stores and gas stations. When anybody says that the "picture" isn't saved, the metadata that is generated will be saved and transmitted to AI for analysis.
