‘Pregnancy Robots’ To Give Birth To Human Babies

Only a Technocrat would think this is a good idea, but only if the government would pay the tab with taxpayer funding. In Huxley's 1932 book that modeled Technocracy, Brave New World, all children were incubated in artificial wombs; women were forbidden to get pregnant or parent children.
