This is the worst possible news for privacy advocates because Apple has chosen to help China, a Technocracy, to censor its citizens. This action follows Apple's battle with U.S. Intel over encryption of its iPhone, which now seems hollow. Worse, if Apple will cave to China's political demands, it could cave to anyone else.
