Sustainable Development, Green Economy, SDGs, New Urban Agenda, etc., are all predicated on the false assumption that population by 2040 will grow by 25%. There is not one shred of demographic evidence to support this premise. Without fear mongering like this or fake global warming claims, all of these programs would fall flat on their face.
