While the outcome of killing an ISIS terrorist is welcome, the unleashing of killer robots to do it is not. This exacerbates the robot arms race between the U.S., China and Russia and ultimately cannot be good for the citizens of these nations. The next world war will be fought by Technocrats with mechanized militaries, putting civilian populations at extreme risk.
