The "system" of a Constitutional Republic is in battle-unto-death with the "system" of Technocracy and totalitarian Scientific Dictatorship. One will survive and the other will perish. The Republic is currently on the ropes, being relentlessly pounded but the outcome is not yet guaranteed.
