There are only 109,000 towns and cities in America, including just over 19,000 being formally incorporated. If you were a billionaire Technocrat, could you mount a flash marketing program to sell them facial recognition systems? It would be child's play. The problem is the ignorance of city employees who welcome these charlatans into their chambers: there's "a sucker born every minute."
